Jessica Ayers-Bean joined ServeMinnesota as Vice President of Development in 2024. She is responsible for leading the organization’s fundraising efforts and growing philanthropic resources to support ServeMinnesota and our strategic initiatives.
Jessica is a proud AmeriCorps alum who brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. Prior to ServeMinnesota, she held development leadership roles at Montessori Center of Minnesota and Camp Fire Minnesota. Before Camp Fire, she served as an Education Policy Aide for Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman and co-coordinated Early Literacy Corps at Literacy Minnesota.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. In 2024, she completed the CARE early childhood advocacy fellowship. Jessica serves on the board of directors for Conservation Minnesota.
