Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant executes day-to-day finance operations. Specific responsibilities include: management of staff payroll, accounts receivable, and federal grant reporting functions. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the VP of Finance to maintain a system of accounting records that comply with generally accepted accounting principles. This position is based downtown Minneapolis but currently working a hybrid schedule. The salary is $65,000 -$70,000.

Strategic Partnerships Manager
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role to plan, develop, and oversee a comprehensive, statewide outreach strategy to successfully retain and expand strong relationships with key stakeholders. In this highly visible role, you will work in close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as community leaders as well as various organizations in professional, education, youth, senior, and faith-based settings. You will create an outreach vision for Minnesota to deliver on established performance indicators and metrics, taking direction from the VP of External Relations.

UMN On-Campus AmeriCorps Ambassador Intern
Ambassadors are university students who work closely with ServeMinnesota to raise the AmeriCorps profile on campus and introduce AmeriCorps and national service to new and diverse student groups. The campus ambassador internship will build your communication and marketing skills. The position encourages creativity in engaging peers both with a team and individually.
As a campus ambassador you will be considered a local expert. After all, you know your campus better than anyone, and you can connect with groups of students who do not yet know how service can benefit their education, career path, and community. Interns will engage students on your campus by developing relationships with professors and student clubs, sharing AmeriCorps with your peers through presentations, tabling, social media, career fairs, and events. You will collect contact information and continue to follow up with individuals interested in service. There will also be opportunities to do research or provide support to other ServeMinnesota initiatives.

Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors. Leads and directs the following functions: operations, finance, programming and grantmaking, human resources, security and risk management, information technology and systems. Assists the CEO in the development of organization policies and goals that cover these functions and/or business units mentioned above.
