AmeriCorps members in Conservation Corps Minnesota lead underrepresented high school youth in projects to better understand environmental issues and how to restore natural habitat on public lands, improve water quality and increase access to outdoor recreation in Minnesota. The tree planting project – in which Conservation Corps members engage young people in the Twin Cities metro area — is part of this service.
